End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Drago EA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Expert Advisors, indicators, and related software (collectively, the "Software") provided through dragoea.com/. By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License Upon your purchase and payment in full, Drago EA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the compiled Software (e.g., .ex4 or .ex5 files) strictly for your own personal trading purposes.

2. Account Binding and Limitations The license granted to you is specifically bound to the MetaTrader trading account number(s) you register with us during or after the checkout process. The Software will only function on these authorized account numbers. You are not permitted to use the Software on an unlimited number of accounts or transfer the license to another individual.

3. Intellectual Property Rights The Software, including its algorithms, trading logic, source code, design, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Drago EA and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

4. Restrictions on Use To protect our proprietary technology, you strictly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code (e.g., .mq4 or .mq5 files) from the compiled Software.

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our algorithms.

  • Sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, sub-license, or commercially exploit the Software.

  • Share, upload, or distribute the Software files on any public forums, social media groups, file-sharing networks, or messaging platforms (such as Telegram or Discord).

  • Use the Software to manage third-party funds, operate a PAMM/MAM account, or run a commercial signal service without prior written authorization from Drago EA.

5. Delivery and Updates The Software is delivered digitally. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive instructions to download the Software. Drago EA may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Minor updates may be provided free of charge, while major version upgrades may require an additional fee.

6. Termination of License This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Drago EA reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your license without notice or refund if you breach any term of this Agreement, particularly the anti-piracy restrictions outlined in Section 4. Upon termination, the Software will be remotely deactivated, and you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Software is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Drago EA does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will guarantee any specific financial outcome.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international intellectual property laws. Any disputes arising from the unauthorized distribution or piracy of the Software will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
